Bourbon Spiked Butterbeer

This smokey, sweet and creamy cocktail will set any Halloween party apart from the rest!

  • 1 12 oz bottle Reed's Ginger Beer
  • 1 12 oz can AW Cream Soda
  • 3 oz Bulleit Bourbon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz butterscotch sauce
  • crushed butterscotch candies optional


  1. Divide the ginger beer and cream soda evenly between 2 large mugs.

  2. Add 1.5 oz of Bulleit Bourbon to each mug, stirring gently with a cocktail stirrer.

  3. In a chilled mixer bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

  4. Add in the vanilla extract and whip heavy whipping cream until combined.

  5. Remove the bowl from mixer and using a spatula, gently fold in butterscotch sauce. Top each mug with a dollop of the butterscotch whipped cream.

  6. Garnish with crushed butterscotch candies.
